Our wooden jigsaw puzzles are crafted by hand in Westerly RI. Each puzzle begins with a quality art print, either made by us or another artist, no AI “art” here. Then it is mounted to a high quality ¼” 5 ply piece of plywood, and sealed with a protective finish. From there each piece is carefully cut out one at a time using a scroll saw and the thinnest blades available. This ensures the tightest fit between pieces possible. The back of the puzzle is stained with a protective finish and polished to a smooth finish. Since each puzzle is carefully crafted by hand no two puzzles or pieces will ever be the same. Our puzzles are designed to be enjoyed by years and sure to become family heirlooms.
